The process for becoming Catholic or completing the Sacraments of Intitation in the Catholic Church is known as the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA).
 

OCIA Adapted for Children

• For your child (age 7 through the end of high school) to enter this program, contact me at [email protected].
• Family Registration form can be downloaded here in English and here in Spanish.
• Godparent/sponsor form can be downloaded here in English and here in Spanish.

Adult Confirmation

• If you are a baptized Catholic who only needs Confirmation, please see the information under “Adult Confirmation” on the side menu.
